mandu [korean dumpling]


ingredients :

Ground beef 350 gm

Soft tofu 600 gm

Spinach leaves 150 gm

Onion 1 large

Garlic 3 cloves

Egg 1 no

Salt

Pepper

Oil for sautéing

Gyoza skin or dumpling skin 60 sheets

Method :

1. Drain beef completely. Pour 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté beef until slightly brown and dry. Put in a strainer to remove the excess oil and water.

2. Put tofu in cheese cloth, squeeze the water out completely.

3. Chop onion and garlic coarsely. Put 1tsp of oil in a pan, sweat them together.

4. Chop spinach leaves coarsely.

5. In a mixing bowl, put all of the ingredients together. Mix them well

6. Take one gyoza skin, put about 1tbsp of the filling in the center. Wet the edge and seal it carefully.
